The Ethical Leadership Experiential Learning Core Requirement invites students to integrate their own personal call to leadership with a mature reflection on one or more of the core virtues of Justice, Courage, Integrity, and Humility. Students will accomplish this by engaging in and reflecting upon the practice of virtue ethics within the context of one or more experiential learning activities.
Senior Project
All majors are required to present a senior project during the final semester that displays aspects of the theoretical and practical knowledge gained through their course of study. The senior project requires enrollment in FAAR 402 Advanced Senior Studio Project (3). Guidelines for the senior project must be obtained from the department chair or a departmental advisor in the first semester of the senior year.
