PSGE 346 - China and East Asia

This course is intended for two groups of students: (1) students with junior or senior standing from any major or (2) political science, or international studies majors with sophomore, junior, or senior standing. East Asia, which in this course includes countries in both Southeast and Northeast Asia, is home to the most dynamic economies in the world. This course provides a survey of the international relations and domestic politics of East and Southeast Asia with the goal of making students literate in the major political issues facing the region.
