ENGL 302 - Ancient and Medieval Fanfiction

In this course, students will examine theories and literature from the ancient and medieval periods, while considering issues such as classical reception, fan-fiction, intertextuality, and cultural mythos. Students gain an understanding of how the teaching of rhetoric and poetics influence the production and interpretation of literature.
