SPAN 206 - Intermediate Spanish I for Spanish

Like its counterpart SPAN 201 Intermediate Spanish I (3), this intermediate course reviews material typically covered in a first-year Spanish course. However, this course will make use of Spanish in class instruction and is specifically tailored to the needs of students who are Spanish speakers but who need to build proficiency in all four language skills–listening, speaking, reading, and writing practiced in this course. This course also enhances students’ understanding of all Spanish-speaking cultures. Upon completion of SPAN 202 Intermediate Spanish II (3), the second course in the sequence, with a C + or better, eligible students will receive three credits prior learning for SPAN 200. Prerequisite(s): SPAN 102 Beginning Spanish II (3) or equivalent. Fall Only
