CMSCI 442 - Principles of Programming Languages

This course is a study of the syntax, semantics and pragmatics of computer languages. Topics include language definition structure, data types and structures, control structures and data flow, run-time considerations, functional languages, lexical analysis, parsing. The languages studied will vary. Prerequisite(s): CMSCI 254 Data Structures and Algorithms (3) or by permission of instructor.
