Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation Certificate Information

The Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation certificate addresses a societal need to assist investigations of the ever-growing problems of white-collar crime, legal disputes, and other financial and business conflicts. The program focuses on an understanding of fraud and fraud investigations, forensic digital analysis, litigation and expert advisory services. All Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation certificate courses are offered online.

The certificate program consists of five graduate courses. These five courses (15 academic credits) can also be applied toward an MBA degree, if a student chooses to complete seven additional courses (22 academic credits). A formal declaration of intent to pursue the MBA is required if a student chooses to pursue the MBA after completing the forensic accounting and fraud investigation certificate.
