The post-baccalaureate certificate in Risk Management and Cybersecurity for Professionals is an online program designed for professionals from diverse backgrounds and disciplines to gain critical technology skills intended to augment and enhance their subject area expertise. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute with a risk-focused thought process within a world that is highly dependent on technology. Participants will develop skills related to security processes, along with an ability to assess and mitigate risk within key technology areas. There are no presumed prior technology knowledge expectations. The full certificate curriculum consists of four required courses each building on expertise from previously completed courses.
Admission Requirements
Candidates for admission into the risk management and cybersecurity awareness PBC program must have completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline and must satisfy the following criteria:
- 2.75 minimum cumulative undergraduate or graduate grade point average (GPA)
- International students must also submit a TOEFL score with their application.

Post-Baccalaureate Certificate Requirements
12 Credits:
Changing to Degree Status
If a student wishes to change from a certificate only program to a degree program, he/she must submit a Change of Program Request Form.
Deadline: Students must submit a Change of Program Request Form to their program director before completing the requirements for the certificate. However, students may transfer certificate courses into a graduate program before, after or during the program.
