Change of Program

If a student wishes to change from a certificate only program to a degree program, he/she must submit a Change of Program Request Form.

A maximum of 15 credits from this post-baccalaureate certificate in instructional design and technology may apply to the Instructional Design and Technology, M.Ed.  program.

Deadline: Students must submit a Change of Program Request Form to their program director before completing the requirements for the certificate.
