• MEDUC 601 - The Science of Reading Credits: (3)
• MEDUC 602 - Teaching Literacy to Linguistically Credits: (3)
• MEDUC 603 - Teaching Disciplinary Literacy Credits: (3)
• MEDUC 605 - Literacy Assessment Practicum Credits: (6) *
• MSPED 606 - Teaching/Learning in Neurodiverse Credits: (3)
• MEDUC 633 - Teaching the Adult Learner Credits: (3)

Changing to Degree Status

If a student wishes to change from a certificate only program to a degree program, he/she must submit a Change of Program Request Form.
A maximum of 24 credits from the certificate of advanced study in Reading may apply to the Reading (K-12), M.Ed.  program.
Deadline: Students must submit a Change of Program Request Form to their program director before completing the requirements for the certificate.
