EDUC 324 - Social Studies/Int. Curriculum

Topics in multicultural education, history, geography, economics, political science, social science and current events are presented and integrated into the curriculum to enhance critical thinking and problem solving skills. Teacher candidates will have the opportunity to make literacy connections for each topic presented. Attention is given to a variety of strategies that include, but are not limited to, multiple intelligences, case study, concept formation, primary sources and values formation. Taken concurrently with EDUC 320. Ten full days or 20 half days of field experience are required. Lab fee applies. (Adult Undergraduate) $115 Fee Applies Spring Only
