This course provides an overview and analysis of past and contemporary leadership strategies. Leadership skills are developed through organizational efficiencies and appropriate oral and written communications techniques. Leaders must demonstrate the importance of resolving issues in the health care organization, the community-at-large, and the whole of society. Prerequisite(s): MHA 507
