Saxbys Student CEO Training - Students selected as the CEO of the Mount’s cafÃ© will complete training with Saxbys prior to the semester of their internship/experiential learning opportunity. Training will include learning about Saxbys structure as a Certified B Corporation, understanding operations of the cafÃ©, managing labor and product flow metrics, and building leadership skills to effectively provide feedback and coaching to cafÃ© employees.
