Saxbys Student CEO Training - Students selected as the CEO of the Mount’s café will complete training with Saxbys prior to the semester of their internship/experiential learning opportunity. Training will include learning about Saxbys structure as a Certified B Corporation, understanding operations of the café, managing labor and product flow metrics, and building leadership skills to effectively provide feedback and coaching to café employees.
