FAMU 108 - Music As Social Commentary: From Mozart to Gaga

This course will explore how musical artists throughout history, from Mozart and Copland to Jennifer Lopez and Lady Gaga have engaged important social issues in the ever-changing world around them.  Prior musical knowledge is not needed.
